Job Description
In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Your duties will include:Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks) Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomesWorking with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programsWorking collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionalsCompleting a variety of assessments using your clinical skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
Qualifications
Our new team member will have:A qualification in Occupational TherapyRegistration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Clinical knowledge of pathologiesStrong communication skills to build and develop relationshipsExcellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environmentA desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiative and achieve resultsA passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits Energy and drive to grow our servicesA current drivers' license and access to their own vehicle
