All products are fabricated with a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability and locally built to the highest quality standards.Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our diverse and supportive team.
The Role:
Reporting to the National Projects Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales team by managing and coordinating projects from lead to delivery.
We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail who is highly organised, able to prioritise and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including preparing quotes, reviewing data, processing orders, issuing invoices and relevant technical documentation to a wide client base, using a customised Microsoft Sharepoint intranet platform, as well as patting the office animals when required.Manage and coordinate small, medium and large projects by liaising with the internal Design and Production teams and provide superior service to all external stakeholders.Answering enquiries through phone, emails and in person when needed.Accurate data entry to maintain and update company records.Generate and compile sales backorder reports / sales forecasts for Management.Assist in other administrative tasks as and when required.
Skillset: Strong organisational skills and excellent time management. The ability to multi-task is important.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential Word, Excel, Outlook.Proven track record of quality administration, excellent communication, problem solving and multi-task coordination.Candidate with knowledge or work experience in the lighting industry will be highly regarded but not essential.
