Job Description
If successful for this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Primarily responsible for the corporate entities (Parent Co, Shared Service Co, Hold Cos)
- Monthly reporting of results vs. budget and analytical review of balance sheet and profit and loss and cash flow
- Ensuring transactions are captured and accounted for accurately and in accordance with relevant accounting standards
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Preparation of tax compliance deliverables (i.e. annual return, FBT and monthly BAS)
- Provide insightful analysis of results monthly
- Transactional input and processing using group ERP
- Monthly reconciliation and validation of intercompany transactions within the group
- Assist with audit queries covering half year and full year statutory audits
- Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process as required
- Ad hoc project work
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in accounting or commerce is essential
- CA/CPA qualified
- Collaborative work style
- Relevant industry experience (preferred)
- Extremely well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Right to work in Australia
