What youll be doing
As an Impact Manager, youll be putting people first. Youll work to establish long-term trusting relationships with our customers and guide them through their journeys to reduce equipment failures, increase machine fitness and efficiency, improve plant productivity, and extend the lifecycle of their assets. Youll be the living, breathing embodiment of our motto: making customers lives easier.
Youll need to be able to utilise a high level of empathy to understand customer challenges, build strong relationships, and help them succeed in becoming better, more sustainable businesses. Youll be working with them, hands-on, to shape their future.

What youll be responsible forServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters across the customer lifecycle. Within an organisation develop champions to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Measure the impact that our technology, services and team as we work with customers.Deliver on account expansion targets and account development plans Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to drive business growth.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account health and wellbeing.Collaborate with customer success teams to identify and grow opportunities.Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.Transform our relationship with customers from generic supplier to strategic partner.

The super important stuff:Demonstrated work experience as an Impact Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager or relevant role.Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, particularly executive levels.Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.A resilient and disciplined mindset.Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.A motivated interest to change the world and make a real, actionable difference.Talent for influencing client decisions through understanding and meeting their requirements.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.A high degree of empathy.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated technical aptitude.Australian/NZ citizen or permanent resident.General ability to be awesome.
Stuff that would be handy:Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing or mining business. This will help you appreciate the value of what we are doing. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.Proficiency with customer success / customer relationship management software such as Hubspot/GainsightDemonstrated ability to compile reporting on customer account management performance.Change management skills Project management skills / certifications.Tertiary qualifications in business or similar.
