Your New Role
Due to growth, we have 2 exciting Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant positions to join the Brisbane Accounting & Finance team who is made up of diverse & inclusive backgrounds and high performing consultants. Additionally, you will report into and be mentored by a hands-on Branch Manager who leads from the front, who encourages a 'work hard, play hard' mentality and celebrating small achievements daily.
Your Responsibilities
- Building strong candidate and client relationships
- Screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to open roles
- Consulting candidates and clients on the recruitment process
- Updating the internal system with candidate and client information
- Growing a strong client base through creative marketing activities

About You
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Candidate Manager, Resourcer is desirable, however not essential
- Previous experience in a Retail, Sales, Telesales, Call Centre, Customer Service, Account Management or Hospitality role is preferred
- You love to work in a busy environment
- Works well in a cohesive and cooperative environment
- Have a valid driver's license
