- Manage a portfolio of recoveries files or liability files with efficiencies in accuracy and productivity
- Helping third parties into our network of repairs for the best claims outcome and experience
- Assess liability and recovery potential
- Manage relationships, cost and timeliness with our network of repairers and suppliers
- Clear decision making, and triaging of files to the various liabilities team branches, to achieve best cost and service outcomes
- Negotiate with third parties and and insurers
- Utilize careful preparation, high levels of attention to detail and sound judgment to assess liability, and move the file forward.
What you will bring to the role:
- A genuine passion for exceptional customer service
- Sound knowledge of the insurance claims process
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Able to deal effectively and confidently with conflict or dispute
- Confidence in decision making
- Previous debt collection, paralegal or insurance claims experience is highly regarded
Previous experience in settlements or claims is advantageous.
