About the role
As an inbound only Customer Service Officer you will be tasked with handling both general and complex enquiries across a range of divisions. Through attention to detail and active listening you will troubleshoot or resolve all enquiries while demonstrating the highest level of customer service. Calls can be related to credit cards, loans, mortgages and will be in relation to payments.

- $48,500 per annum
- Monday - Friday 8am-8pm, Saturdays 9am- 6pm (rotating roster between these times)
- Permanent Full Time

- Proficient in the use of computers and systems

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
