Job summary
We are currently seeking dedicated and proactive full time and part time team members for our Maroochydore locations. Also, you may be required to work at our other locations within reasonable distance.Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the location.
Some of the key responsibilities include:Creating, opening and closing car rental contracts as based on our customer needs and in accordance with business excellence standardsProcessing accident and damage reports and checking vehicles for roadworthiness and any damagesMonitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basisDetailing and cleaning vehicles to business quality standardsRefuelling and transporting vehicles between locations
To be considered, you should possess:Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customersComputer literacy skills requiredPrevious experience in customer service, retail or salesThe ability to work alone and as part of a teamFlexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidaysA full and current Australian drivers licence with the ability to drive manual and automatic vehiclesCurrent and ongoing Australian work rights
