Proudly Australian-owned, Ego Pharmaceuticals has led the way in the development, manufacture and marketing of innovative skincare products for over 60 years. They are a specialist in skincare and are backed by science.
We are looking for an experienced permanent full-time National Account Manager who is highly motivated, achievement orientated with a strong customer focus.
YOUR NEW DUTIES
- Achieve or exceed individual monthly, cycle and annual targets into groups defined as National Key Accounts.
- Expand range and volume sold through existing and new pharmacies.
- Build market shares for key brands within key accounts.
- Develop promotional plans for each assigned National Key Account.
- Measure and increase ROI for all promotional activity.
- Attend conferences where appropriate to deliver, educate and drive brand strategies.
- Develop Key Account strategies tailored to each customer.
- To work with your team in achieving maximum benefit from cycle promotions.
- Maintain a shopper & consumer lens in business propositions.
WHAT YOU ARE / YOUR SKILLSET
- A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field is desirable
- An excellent communicator - verbal and written
- STRONG sales experience - successfully managing at least one of the top three National Pharmacy Retailers, selling OTC pharmaceuticals.
- Ability to work hard, to meet tight deadlines and without close supervision.
- Team player
