The opportunity:
There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;Provide administrative support to Flybuys ELT members.Respond to suppliers and externals in an appropriate and timely manner.Complete and manage required recording and reporting including executive reporting.Represent the team within the EA community across Coles and Wes.Prepare and process monthly expense reports.Manage and complete HR and people management administration.Act with complete confidentiality and integrity at all times through exemplary performance and executive decorum.Producing documents and information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing.Reviewing and routing correspondence, drafting documents, monitoring and initiating telecommunications and collecting relevant information.Plan and maintain the appointment schedule for the ELT members, planning and scheduling meetings and travel.
The role:Extensive experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting senior leaders.The ability to quickly build relationships with key stakeholdersExperience supporting and guiding their Executives through significant organisational change and/or business growthA positive attitude, proactive approach and willingness to help others.Strong analytical, problem solving, organisational and project management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A high degree of multitasking and problem solving abilities.Demonstrable experience handling confidential information.Maturity, resilience, and the ability to work with minimal direction at times.Corporate presentation and the confidence to liaise with all levels within a business.A drive and passion to contribute to learning and innovation.Strong capability across all Microsoft Office products.
