About the Role
Working as a pivotal member of the broader Sales & Marketing team, as the Product Manager, the primary objective of this role is taking ownership of the product categories through the managing of product lifecycles, product analytics, product marketing and product category strategies. As well as:
- Prepare and execute product launch and/or campaign subject matter as an extension of defined local strategies for each product category
- Manage the development of strategies in relation to pricing and channels of distribution, in partnership with manager
- Responsible for conducting market appraisals, including but not limited to, financial analysis, market trends, statistical data and competitive analysis as a basis for developing insights that will underpin product strategy
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Manager across all aspects of the marketing mix including but not limited to : annual marketing communications plan linked to product category strategies, web content and marketing asset library in line with global corporate brand guidelines
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 4 years of experience in product management preferably in a related field, along with :
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed, with ability to lead activities and deliver results
- Works proactively, strives for excellence
- Problem solving mentality / analytical nature
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates customer focus. Builds trust and strong, enduring partnerships
