This asset management company is located on the out skits of Adelaide CBD, and has been in operation for over 20 years. They are a leader in engineering services who design, build, install and maintain condition monitoring, control and automation systems for multiple sectors across the globe. Due to growth they are looking for an experienced Project Engineer who is motivated, looking for an interesting role and passionate about what they do.
The Position
Reporting the the Engineering Manager, your role will be provide engineering support, technical assistance to clients and the organisation. As the Project Engineer you will be liaising with clients and Project Managers, scoping project and product requirements, to provide technical solutions, identify and suggest potential improvements. You will be key in support to the Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget and assisting the Support/Customer Managers to troubleshoot queries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualification, Experience and Requirements
Tertiary or Trade qualifications as a Project Engineer or relevant
Industry experience working with electromechanical and software systems
Experience working with SolidWorks, AutoCAD or Altium ideal
Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills advantageous
Be re/located in Adelaide with Australian working rights
