job detailsHR Partners by Randstad is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a People and Culture Business Partner to join our clients People and Workplace Services team based in Melbourne CBD.
This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract that will provide responsive human resource advice, coaching and practical support on complex people and culture issues within an allocated client group.
This is the perfect opportunity for a strategic, people centric HR Advisor to take a step up in their HR career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide independent, relevant and responsive and practical advice and guidance on industrial / employment legislation and HR Policy.
- Coach mentor and collaborate with P&C Advisors and Recruitment Coordinators to develop and implement a seamless HR service.
- Contribute to the implementation and delivery of People and Workplace Services projects and initiatives, including those under the Diversity and Inclusion Framework,
- Support the negotiation and implementation of the Enterprise Agreement.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of expert strategic and operational people management and employee relations advice and support to client groups
- Tertiary education and qualification in human resources management or extensive equivalent experience
- Significant experience in human resources, employee and industrial relations
- Capacity to think systemically and respond to both presenting issues and root causes of people management challenges
