job detailsRandstad are excited to be recruiting for our valued Federal Government client who are seeking an experienced Team Supervisor to join their ever growing department.
The department is the front line of customer service for jobseekers, employers and members of the public. You will be responsible for supporting the team in handling inbound calls and providing advice and guidance on government programmes.
Main Duties of a Team Supervisor:
- Acting as a role model to others while striving to achieve high standards of performance and customer service.
- Provide clear and concise director, support and guidance to the team through effective coaching and mentoring
- Leading the way in displaying quality customer services
- Working closely with the Team Manager and Assistant Directors
- Building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders
We are looking for candidates with who have:
- Experience in a Leadership role fostering team culture
- Willingness to train and adapt to individual needs
- Experience handling complex calls and enquiries
- The ability to work in a busy environment with efficient organizational skills
- Highly developed oral and written communication
- Negotiation and liaison skills
- Understanding of government programmes and initiatives are desirable but not essential
- You must be an Australian Citizen to apply
About the job:
- Casual ongoing contract commencing the 31st of October
- Full time hours/ part time hours will be considered
- Mon-Fri 9:00 - 19:00 rotating hours
- Brisbane city
