As the SAP regional Gatekeeper the role will aid in controlling SAP access users across APAC to ...
prevent SODs. This role also forms part of the RPA team as an RPA BA or Developer working to
deliver automated RPA solutions in Blue Prism.
- To ensure company's Processes run at peak performance using SAP through correct and efficient process and system design.
- To be the co-ordination point for the supporting activities for company systems
Major/Key Accountabilities
Finance
- Develop a strong understanding and application of the company's Finance Business Model, Legacy Systems, TRIPS System including SAP.
- Become a SAP resource for the business in the area of Finance and Costing. Be integral in the design & constant re-developing of procedures, policy, and controls in the SAP environment.
- Point of contact for co-ordination, quality control, design delivery, impact assessment, system testing and user acceptance testing in areas of responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures for all processes within the areas of responsibility
- Continuously improve processes, operating procedures, business controls and reporting for the finance function.
- Responsible to ensure that all work instructions are approved, up to date, communicated and archived in a central file
- Act as the subject matter expert for all finance related systems and processes.
- Support the research and use of data analysis tools and implement as required to improve business efficiency and data integrity
- Act as an internal advisor to review proposed changes to company operating systems that affect internal controls and underlying processes
- Project management of system upgrades
- Ensure appropriate and adequate segregation of duties are maintained to safeguard company assets as the Gatekeeping of SAP Access for APAC Finance Users
Inventroy and Plant Stock
- Assurance of a complete and thorough statutory stocktake; to ensure assets are properly reflected on the balance sheet at each statutory close
- Co-ordinate statutory stocktake activity and on occasion conduct random stocktake audits
- Owner of ANZ Policy development and accounting guidelines as they relate to Inventory and plant stock
- Develop and regularly maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating inventory and stock control
- Propose recommendations on how to improve plant stock and inventory control
- Preparation of reporting on plant stock variance batches to business units
- Develop leader board reporting to establish areas of concerns regarding controls
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures on how to maintain control over internal accounts including but not limited to Admin 10 and demonstration accounts

- Develop and implement the reporting of KPI's on inventory consumption and inventory levels held on hand
- Reporting on obsolete and slow moving stock
RPA (Robotic Process Automation):
- Key communicator in the RPA project. Key point of contact for all stakeholders in the organisation for the RPA project (BPO, SME, RPA Developer)
- Work with BPOs and SMEs to understand and document accurate functional requirements (FRQ) for new Blue Prism RPA projects.
- Validate Automation requests to ensure process adheres to RPA criteria and facilitate process optimisation, revision where required.
- Complete detailed business process documentation by completing the Process Design Documentation (PDD)
- Work with RPA developer to agree test cases for User Acceptance Testing.
- Identifying key impacts on the business unit (OID)
- Facilitate change management with Business Leaders, BPO and SME.
Measures
Measures or indicators that success in this role include:
- Stock losses kept to an absolute minimum; and
- Policies are maintained, are readily available and are applied by the business
- Adoption by the business of policy recommendations
- Gatekeeper SOD Compliance
- Stocktake compliance

Qualifications
- A business or accounting degrees is required at a minimum
- RPA BluePrism Certification (desireable)

Experience
- Understanding of company business model. operating platforms and business processes.
