Job Description
- Maintain EDM reporting, including the collation of all EDMs for historical reporting
- Ensure that annotations are entered into Google Analytics to ensure accurate trade history
- Report on EDM database results, including POS Subscribers Weekly
- Prepare weekly reports for Trade Meetings and on an ad hoc basis as required by management
- Complete EDM analysis and relay recommendations for future content to optimise and improve performance
- Build all EDMs and ensure they're executed on schedule
- Find actionable insights and suggest improvements
- Continue to develop and analyse the email marketing automations executing new automations and improving existing ones to drive sales and increase engagement
- Oversee the day-to-day implementation of Paid Marketing Campaigns across all channels in conjunction with our agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure a strong ROI
- Implement and manage the day-to-day requirements of the Affiliate Program
- Ensure offers and new campaigns are communicated with all marketing agency partners in a timely manner, clearly and effectively
- Assist the Digital Manager and collaborate with the Group Digital Team and external partners to identify, drive and coordinate the implementation of functional and UX improvements to the website and other online customer touch-points
- Support the resolution of issues and ensure service levels and quality standards are maintained
- Use data and analytics to identify areas of improvement and strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with Customer Care to help support the resolution of irregular customer issues and identify opportunities for improvement
The Successful Applicant
- Retail industry experience, or agency experience is a plus, or experience in a similar role
- Customer focused and driven to build customer relationships (as a key driver of profitable growth)
- Previous experience using eCommerce platforms
- Experience using Product Information Management is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A sense of drive to grow and develop (personally & professionally)
- Good time management with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work autonomously, and add value to the team's administrative needs
- Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated and confident with the ability to self-start and take initiative
- Capable of handling pressure and change with the ability to multitask in a dynamic business environment
- Able to learn new processes quickly
- High level of typing speed and accuracy
