- Non-reportable incidents in legacy system from acquired business

- Reportable incidents.
This permanent role will also contribute to the identification of root causes behind incidents to minimise future repeats within a simplified environment. This role will require a high degree of collaboration between Incident Owners, Project Managers, Partners & Stakeholders.
Key Stakeholders:
- Business - Incident Owners, Project Managers, Partners & Stakeholders.
- IT - Technical teams, Remediation teams
Work Environment:
This role offers a hybrid working style flexible to candidate needs. WFH & Office hours offered with convenient locations (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane)
