We are seeking a dynamic individual to be the driving force behind providing top quality service. With plenty of support and training, this role will see you utilise your ability to work in a team. As a Leasing Consultant/BDM Assistant, your specific duties will include:
Working closely with the Business Development Manager Conducting open homes via private appointments and open homes Taking Leasing enquiries via email and phone Handle Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections Application process including reference checks Routine inspections & Saturday work Ad hoc Administration The Candidate:
A current Certificate of Registration, own car and driver's license Excellent computer skills and strong communication (both written and verbal) A self starter and office motivator Highly organized The ability to think outside the square Real Estate experience advantageous The Benefits:
