Job Description
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to develop strategic plans for the business
- Work closely with clients/ prospective clients and suppliers in the region to increase sales and margin
- Develop and coach account managers through regular collaborative work in the field
- Manage and monitor the branch P&L and implement actions to deliver EBITDA results in line with the branch budget
- Manage daily operations of the branch
The Successful Applicant
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and mentor staff
- Strong strategic skills to assist with development of business strategies to enhance business performance
- Developed communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) in order to engage effectively with clients, prospective clients, suppliers and staff
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure team and business goals are met effectively
- Working knowledge of branch operations and knowledge of the industrial sector
