Job Description
As the eCommerce Site & App Marketing Manager to support and lead a team of digital markers to deliver a customer-first experience across our app & website within the ANZ region. Spanning across several parts of the organisation merchandising, campaign landing pages, and content. You will require a seamless blend of strategic analytic skills, along with a strong understanding of engaging content. This will involve regular reporting to ensure that we are learning and adapting continually, and driving conversion and sales in the online channels.
- Build and manage the data-led online content strategy & calendar.
- Manage and optimise the performance of the strategy on website & app across homepage, navigation, categories, product and merchandising merchants
- Lead the development of our web to app download strategy
- Work closely with the affiliate team to commercialise in-app placements
- Collaborate with the CRM team to drive customers to the app via CRM channels including email, sms and push notifications
- Manage the build and execution of online assets in the CMS for homepage, navigation, categories & edits, landing pages, merchant and product merchandising
- Manage the online marketing campaign processes, implementation, and delivery to constantly evolve and improve campaigns across website and app
- Analyse online performance and develop a test and learn strategy to enhance performance
The Successful Applicant
- Strong experience in Digital marketing, focused around eCommerce, site merchandising and digital content
- Ability to see the bigger picture and think outside the box to increase KPIs, and improve online engagement
- You have experience building & executing online assets in CMS: building banners, landing pages, edits, site merchandising and custom initiatives like gift guides
- Strong understanding of online marketing campaign processes, implementation, and delivery
- Understanding and experience analysing data and building insights to improve online performance
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Experience in the retail or media industry will be highly regarded
