As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers with processing delivery orders. Key responsibilities include:
- Liaise with transport companies and warehouse in relation to stock
- Handle order discrepancies and problem solve situations
- Confirm customer bookings and schedule in deliveries
- Process customer orders via telephone and email
What you will need
You will be someone who enjoys speaking with various stakeholders, building relationships and providing A1 service.
- Must have experience in customer service, ideally FMCG
- Strong attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines
- Experience in order processing is highly desirable
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills
