We have a team of 160+ employees who support young people and individuals with a disability to increase their independent living skills, form social/community relationships and take part in activities meaningful to them.
About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our administrative team!
Available roles include:Full-Time Receptionist (38hrs/week) - be the first point of contact for individuals at MADEC! Provide clerical support to the MADEC Team.
Part-Time Administration Assistant- provide assistance to the Operations Coordinator with general administrative duties, vehicle management, property maintenance and WHS.
Casual Reporting Officer - provide data entry support to Coordinators to assist in actioning client behaviour/incident records.
What does a day at MADEC look like?
We are responsive to the needs of our clients and our staff so now two days are the same!
In this role, you will be required to assist with the following:Reception Duties (at least 2 days per week)General AdministrationData EntryRegisters (WHS, Fleet, PPE, etc.)Training ComplianceInternal AuditsRostering Assistance

What do we need from you? Cert III Business Administration (or similar)Experience in administrative support roles (highly desirable)A genuine passion for helping people Ability to work autonomously or within a team Attention to detailAn individual that values human rights, community, excellence, trust and empowers people to be their best. Hold a current Queensland Drivers Licence (Provisional Licence holders welcome)
