Your new role

Client-facing engagement across multiple channels including marketing communications, experiential, public relations and direct to client calls and eDMs. The role will work closely with all areas of the business to ensure your new companies brands have purposeful, measurable and impactful interactions with clients throughout their end-to-end journey.
Key Duties:
You will be responsible for the following;
- Create and implement a holistic marketing strategy that is aligned to the global blueprint for the business and the brand strategies
- Develop and maintain a strong alignment with House of Brand managers to ensure the voice of the brands is distinct in the market and reaches the target client segments to drive sales and loyalty to the brands
- Develop and maintain a strong alignment with the Market and Business Operations
- Direct, develop and track a single integrated view of the sales funnel, deploying appropriate actions to optimise performance in order to meet sales objectives
- Leadership of coordinated campaigns across all client touchpoints, both digital and physical, in an integrated and seamless way
- Provide strategic direction to the creative agencies and lead creative management and execution across all marketing assets to improve longer term brand health (nurture) and drive shorter term customer buying interest (convert). Manage within allocated total Fixed Marketing Expense Budget
- Media planning and channel allocation - Ensure that media dollars are maximized and reaching the targeted audience at required frequency, ensuring that we track with the emergence of new digital platforms and always reflect the shifts in consumer behaviour and media consumption
- Leadership of a department of 13, providing strategic guidance to the leads of the Client Experience, Client Relationship Centre and Comms & Insights teams
Your skills and experience
- 5+ years experience in a like for like position working for a premium brand
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing
- Leadership and management
- Strong advertising, marketing communications, and digital marketing experience
- Premium Brand experience
- Budget Management
- Media planning strategy (incl. SEO and Paid, Owned, Earned)
- Digital channel strategy and Big Idea generation leading to POE activation
- Interactive marketing
- Sponsorship strategy
