At MyState Bank, we're about being there for our customers. Our Credit Care Consultants are a friendly beacon of support, always ready to extend a helping hand when our customers navigate financial challenges. You'll be the point of contact for customers facing financial difficulties. You'll process customer requests for Hardship Assistance and oversee accounts that are in arrears or overdrawn, providing a reassuring presence during challenging moments. Your expertise and guidance will assist customers in finding their way back to financial health.
Here are the key skills and strengths were looking for:
We're not just looking for your ordinary skills and strengths. We are seeking someone with that effortlessly builds relationships with exceptional communication skills. Ideally, you'll come equipped with experience in financial services or similar role, a relevant vocational qualification like a Certificate III or IV in Business or Financial Services. But what truly sets you apart is your dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
