Job Description
- Create and implement the CRM campaigns for projects and programs to engage and nurture customers throughout their sales journey
- Manage the ongoing development and maintenance of the CRM platform and strategy
- Analyse and interpret data to provide insights and adjust campaigns and communications accordingly
- Develop and refine all lead nurture programs, automations and data/audience segmentation
- Work closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure best in class use of the CRM and analysis, and be the go-to for any queries or support
- Plan, create and deliver/send all marketing emails and SMS campaigns via Salesforce/Pardot CRM system
- Development of reporting process for sales and marketing using Tableau to provide insights and analysis to team and wider business
- Implementing initiatives to ensure we capture robust, clean and complete customer data
- Continually look for ways to enhance the customer experience and performance of the website

- The ability to solve complex problems using dialectic thinking skills - ideally you have had exposure to complex CRM journeys and developing customised communication pieces
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met, while working in a focused manner under pressure
- Provide support and training to team members to ensure optimal performance
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role (property marketing will be beneficial)
- Experience with marketing automation, behaviour-based marketing and CRM tools
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Tableau and Pardot or similar systems
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Business and Facebook Business Manager
- Experience using Wordpress or similar CMS platforms
- Eligibility to work in Australia
