Job Description
As an Associate Director in your discipline you will:
- Inspire and energise your team of recruiters, helping them build their careers and setting the standard for exceptional commercial performance and customer service
- Operate as an industry expert in Engineering Recruitment, developing new business for your team and managing the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of senior roles
- Build a culture of determination, teamwork, fun and making a difference, collaborating with other leaders across the Australian business to build a national presence for the discipline
- Hire, train and develop team members of all levels
- Fully accountable for team budget and goal setting
The Successful Applicant
You will have:
- A track record of success in agency recruitment (ideally Engineering) and leading high performing teams
- A desire to contribute to team revenue through billing as well as leading your team to commercial success
- A positive mindset and a natural drive for exceptional personal and team performance
- Excellent sales acumen and problem solving skills
