Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform the finance projects in cooperation with corporate IT & related internal/external project team
- Facilitating the change of banking system and bank accounts
- Facilitating the change of payroll system lining it up to SAP system
- Assist with the New Zealand payment solution platform set up
- Supporting the Finance Analyst for purchasing and vendor invoice management
- Assist with the finance transactional function transfer to Manila
- Overall documentation and streamlining of finance processes and suggest improvements
- Assist with the year-end financial reports where required
- Other ad hoc finance analysis/tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
Successful Candidate:
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Previous project accounting experience (providing direction and overseeing the time-line tracking)
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and SAP is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to proactively engage with a variety of internal/external stakeholders across all levels
