Your new role
As a Customer Service Representative (Contact Centre) you will deliver high quality customer service and play a key role in making sure their customers are being provided with the best possible care on a day to day basis. This is a permanent position with fantastic career progression.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all general enquiries
- Answering members enquiries via phone and email in a high volume contact centre environment.
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and within a set time frame while maintaining confidentiality and using discretion in the performance of all duties.
- Understanding of the various products and services on offer.
- Educating members on their policy and assisting them to make changes if requested.
- Collaborating and working as part of a team.
Your skills and experience
- Ideally you will have prior experience taking calls in a busy call centre environment!
- Strong commitment to customer service and a natural ability and desire to help others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
- Display resilience and courage and can work towards KPIs.
- You understand what it means to work in a process driven and time demanding environment and do so with ease.
- You are tech savvy with all things MS Office
Essential Requirements
- Ability to work Monday - Friday between 11:00am-7:00pm.
Your benefits
- 6 weeks of annual leave
- 35 hour full time working week
- Hybrid working model - 3 days in the CBD and 2 days from home.
- Full Training provided on products and services
- $76,000 package (inclusive of super)
