The recruitment of this position constitutes part of the Randstad Recruitable Hydro Tasmania Pilot and is open only to applicants with disability. Production Service is a dynamic and delivery focused statewide team including civil, facilities and property team members. It is a diverse team striving to find a way to deliver innovative asset management for customers.
An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Projects team as the Works Officer on a full or part time permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to kick start your career within Hydro Tasmania.
About the role
This diverse role enables you to utilise your outstanding organisational and problem solving skills.
- Oversee approved project budgets within delegation
- Contribute to and monitor project progress in accordance with timeframes
- Provide a high level of support to the project team
- Schedule meetings, minute taking and preparing papers
- Assist in the implementation of project identified process improvement/s
About you
- Strong administrative experience
- Experience and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement
- Ability to build effective partnerships within the team and across the organisation
