About us

Montrose Therapy & Respite Services have been working with children and young people with disabilities since 1932. We are a not-for-profit who pride ourselves on our long history of providing evidence based and solutions focused services to our predominantly paediatric clients.

RequirementsTertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and professional registration with SPA.Experience delivering evidence based therapy to a paediatric, adolescent and/or adult caseload.Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities in an autonomous, efficient and effective manner.An understanding of the NDIS framework and working within a fee for service model is desired.Be able to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.Demonstrate excellent communication skills written, oral and listening.Be computer literate and familiar with using customer record systems.Hold a current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) or willingness to obtain one.QLD Working With Children check (Blue Card)NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.Must have a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.Access to use of own vehicle, if pool car not available (KM reimbursement available).
