Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and assess the validity of complex property claims, including reviewing policy coverage and conducting site inspections
- Negotiate with stakeholders to reach fair and equitable settlement agreements
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including underwriters, lawyers, and adjusters, to resolve complex claims efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims and settlement negotiations
- Continuously monitor the status of open claims and take appropriate action to resolve them in a timely manner
- Analyse trends and data to identify potential areas for improvement in claims management processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 + years exp in property claims managing complex domestic & commercial claims
- Strong understanding of property insurance policy coverage and claims handling procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
