job detailsAs Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction and maintenance sites, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise construction and maintenance projects
- Ensure all site activities are in compliance with health and safety regulations and council policies
- Oversee the work of contractors, sub-contractors, and site workers to ensure project goals are met
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation, including daily logs, material inventory, and schedules
- Develop and implement best practices for construction and maintenance site management
Requirements:
- Experience in construction or maintenance site supervision in Australia
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in construction and maintenance
This is a full-time contract position with a competitive hourly rate and agency contracting benefits.
