An exciting opportunity at CLV for a Customer Support Agent at ECU Villages - Joondalup.
The CSA is the first point of contact for the Village, responsible for the provision of customer service, through the operation of the reception services of the Village, handling initial contact with residents and visitors of the Village, managing all questions queries and deliveries.
This position is 3 days per week (Monday - Wednesday) working 9:00am - 5:00pm. On site parking provided. Assist with the processing of applications, reapplications, changes to resident/tenant bookings. Receive and resolve resident enquiries and issues received and/or delegate them. Assist with routine apartment inspections of resident apartments throughout the year. Work with Village Management to achieve agreed budgeted occupancy targets. Ensure a positive impression of the Village is created for all prospective residents, parents and clients through the provision of excellent customer service. Contribute towards processes and procedures that enhance administration effectiveness and customer service. Manage all daily communication via email, telephone and in person. Consistently deliver excellent customer service, provide friendly and helpful support and a passion for sales.
Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in the handling of customer accounts and related enquiries. Experience in customer relations, feedback response and dispute resolution. Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds. Competency in a range of software packages including MS Publisher, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Ability to meet tight timeframes without compromising accuracy and customer service whilst maintaining a calm and friendly approach.
Desirable criteria for this role (but not essential). Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry in a similar capacity. Demonstrated experience with and working knowledge of, the Residential Tenancies Act WA. Experience in the promotion of events or supporting event teams. Operational knowledge of guest/resident management software such as StarRez. Degree, diploma or other qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality or other relevant field.
CLV offers an attractive total fixed remuneration (TFR) which includes employer superannuation contributions.
