About the role
Because of their immense growth in their portfolio, an exciting opportunity has come up in one of their offices to join as a Scrum Master. As a Scrum master open banking (or delivery manager agile), youll bring significant passion in delivering projects in Agile methodology and working across different teams supporting delivery of technology/data led transformation projects. You will be involved in the open banking and Consumer Data Rights (CDR) projects. This includes leading and facilitating Agile practices from inception through to delivery and ongoing operations.
Skill Sets
You need to have the following skill sets to excel in this role:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum events using Agile practices, tools and processes and create consistency of delivery practices across the teams
- Experience in running and optimising agile delivery teams with a capability to drive effective team ceremonies including stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives
- Leading and facilitating agile ceremonies and events at the team level such as daily stand-up meetings, iteration/sprint planning, sprint demonstrations and retrospectives.
- Previous experience in open banking and Consumer Data Rights (CDR) projects is highly desirable
- Excellent technical delivery background i.e., someone who comes from engineering background and delivered large and complex projects with multiple dependencies
- Mindset of working in ETL, Business Intelligence and data warehousing projects
