Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify communication goals, target audiences, and key messaging.
- Create and manage engaging content for digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and blogs.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital communication campaigns using relevant analytic tools and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital communications, and recommend innovative strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as influencers, partners, and media outlets, to amplify digital communication efforts.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all digital communication channels.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful digital assets, including graphics, videos, and info-graphics.
- Support crisis communication efforts by monitoring online conversations, responding to inquiries, and managing reputational risks.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years' experience is preferred
- Proven work experience in digital communications, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital communication channels, including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to execute innovative ideas.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Basic graphic design is desirable.
