Short Description:
Looking for an SCCM engineer having minimum 5 years of experience in supporting Small to Medium scale, multi-dimensional, complex environment. You will be responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer satisfaction by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities: Configuration and Deployment of SCCM 2012 / Current Branch (CB) Application. Software patching for workstations and servers with SCCM/WSUS Strong experience in OS imaging, MDT, and Task sequence troubleshooting SCCM troubleshooting and maintenance (Level 3 Support) Provide application/Windows OS installation/configuration/patching as well as data reporting (application install status, client health, etc.) leveraging Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager SCCM Power Shell scripting Expert knowledge in the following: Windows OS Platform (Windows 10/Server 2012 or latest). Handling maintenance requests such as new version, Upgrade, Patch and Scripts. Configuration of automated jobs and reports. Perform Onsite/On-Call troubleshooting. Validating application functionality for its integration with other windows products. Perform Software Package creation and deployment testing. Create and update documentation regarding processes and software as needed for various rollout. Experience in SQL 2016 or latest Ability to work independently without supervision
Skills /Competencies:
SCCM, WSUS, PowerShell, SQL 2016, Windows 10/Server 2012 or latest
Essential: Experience with enterprise SCCM installations; including administration, software packaging, security patching, troubleshooting health of host and end point clients, etc. In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose problems across multiple disciplines Strong experience in OS imaging, MDT, and Task sequence troubleshooting Additional Skills: Excellent customer interfacing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills. Good to have the below: Knowledge on VB Script, Java-script, and HTML/XML. Knowledge on Admin Studio Install Shield. Proof-reading of SOP, documentation, and processes. Presentation skills Good understanding of Site to site communication/Connectivity.
