Job Description
- Brand management and brand positioning in the market aligned with brand style guidelines.
- Creating digital marketing and communications platforms including website, intranet, social media channels and online marketing software.
- Develop Marketing and Communication plans in consultation with the business across key service lines and Industry segments.
- Collaborate with the organisation's state marketing committees and key stakeholders, to deliver initiatives, marketing and digital strategy, and projects.
- Support the Events Coordinator and the divisions with marketing-related activities at national events, seminars, and conferences.
- Ensure project plans and budget for relevant national Marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and implement national internal and external communication activities.
- Coordinate and support the development of thought leadership, articles, Public Relations, and media-related activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary degree in Marketing, Communication and/or Digital Media.
- Demonstrated experience undertaking marketing campaigns in a complex organisation with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed verbal, written and visual communication skills across various channels with exceptional attention to detail and editing abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Critical thinking, and analytical skills to support client service delivery requirements.
- Highly developed integrity and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects, and coordinate marketing activities for various internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives.
- High level of proficiency in digital marketing across social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), and a solid understanding of Hootsuite, Kentico CMS, Swift and Adobe products.
