Job summary

Kinetic Logging Services Pty Ltd is a division of EPIROC and is a leading supplier of geophysical services in Australia, with offices in Perth, Newman and Brisbane.

We provide a Unique and Flagship service to the Mining Industry called OreSight! OreSight is a Semi Autonomous Vehicle, that operates under one of our Field Engineers to collect Geophysical Data for our clients.

So what does that mean? It means, our tools within our vehicles analyse what type of material/measures the density, down each Blast Holes in Pit Production sites and Exploration sites.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Storeperson to join our Kewdale Team on a permanent basis!

The Role:

As the Storeperson, you will perform the picking and packing of goods, assist with maintaining records and other documentation while providing a high level of customer service!Receiving and checking deliveries against orders;Being aware of the nature and type of goods (chemical, biological and general consumables) used by the maintenance department and implications with respect to safety, storage and handling within the store;Identification of handling storage requirements of incoming items according to any special requirements;Notifying staff of the arrival of goods;Maintain documentation in relation to deliveries;Following up with staff and suppliers for goods incorrectly delivered;Picking and packing of goods;Assist with maintaining records and other documentation;Participating in stock takes;Housekeeping tasks;

About You:Previous experience in a similar role involving receipting and issuing of goods;Current Forklift licence;Competent in computer skills, in particular Word & Excel (Pronto experience is an advantage!Solid analytical skills;Understanding supply chain procedures;Negotiation skills;Exceptional attention to detailThe ability to organise and prioritise work effectivelyBe motivated, focused and a team player;A strong commitment to safe work practices;Be physically fit and able to pass a functional capability assessment;High regard to safety in the workplace;Enjoy working in a friendly environment!
