Job summary
Overview:The primary purpose of the Graphic Designer is to partake in and manage given marketing operations.
A large part of this position is to work with and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies therefore written, verbal and presentation skills need to be of a high stan dard.
Reporting to the Brand and Content Manager you will be a key stakeholder in enabling OMG to hit their Lead, Revenue and Brand targets with the constant improvement of graphics being top of mind.
Responsibilities:
Maintain all brand collateral and marketing, ensuring consistency, thought and care Be autonomous in developing ads, banners, large scale posters and graphics from concept to completion including print quoting and finished art. This would leverage off the established Brand toolkit.
Supporting the whole marketing team to ensure all creative is being efficiently executed, to the highest standard with attention to detail appropriate for a high-profile brand.
Brochures and printed marketing material
Creation of digital design and assets for use on our website and social media platforms.
Creation of digital; Social posts and EDMs
Participating in team meetings & brainstorming workshops to generate ideas and plan forward
Responsible for the identification and management of risk in day-to-day responsibilities
Comply with OMG policies and procedures including completing mandatory training within the required timeframes
Role model positive risk behaviours and contribute towards a strong risk culture at OMG
Graphic Design

Requirements
Proven experience, min 5yrs in Graphic Design
A high level of experience with design software Indesign, Illistrator, Photoshop, XD, After effects
Experience in creating high quality animated and html 5 ads
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Experience of both Agency and Client side an advantage
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
