Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain a project management framework, project tools, templates and processes, building a consistent approach to project delivery
- Providing leadership and oversight of a PM/PMO capability gap analysis, collaborating with stakeholders across the Department to achieve the right level of engagement
- Helping to define and operationalise the EPMOs broader service offerings, drawing on change management expertise
- Providing coaching and mentoring as necessary to support project/program managers when applying project management standards, processes, and documentation
- Support the EPMO reporting work streams as required, developing dashboards that provide insights for escalation - supporting Executive Board decision making or action
- To practice cultural safety by creating environments, relationships, and systems free from racism and discrimination so that people can feel safe, valued, and able to participate
- Lead by example, demonstrating and upholding appropriate behaviours aligned with the departments values
- Support the Director, Strategic Planning and EPMO to ensure the effective delivery of strategic and business priorities for the branch and broader division.
- Actively lead other team members to support a positive organisational culture, and business and performance excellence.
- to practice cultural safety by creating environments, relationships and systems free from racism and discrimination so that people can feel safe, valued and able to participate.
