Tasks will include but not limited toAttending to phone or email sales enquiries, including dealing with customers who visit the showroom and explaining products and benefitsProcess desk quotes as required Coordinating and working with the operations team as to the next process steps when the customer gives the confirmation of the quote.Scheduling requests for on-site inspection/quote.Assisting installation bookings with installersMonitoring stock requirements
Skills and experienceSome previous experience in home maintenance, or in the building or construction industry is preferred but not essentialAttention to important and relevant details and clarity of what the customer wants to achieve. Genuine desire to engage and connect with customers, as the first step to developing a relationship with the customer Excellent customer service, communication and relationship building skillsMust have computing skills in basic software like Word, Excel, Acrobat and willing to develop skills in operating within Salesforce
Remuneration for this role will be based on experience and open for negotiation for the right person.
