Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Develop client relationships through calls and meetings
- Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions
- Build a network of high quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio
- Guide, feed back and influence customers through the interview process;
- Manage salary and fee negotiations
- Engage with customers through on-site meetings, lunches, coffees, networking events and seminars
The Successful Applicant
You will have:
- A track record of success in commercial / agency recruitment, sales, or business development
- Ability or potential to market complex solution-based products (people) to clients
- Tenacity and a natural drive for engaging with customers and building relationships
- Ability to work with pace whilst maintaining a consistently high quality of service
