Overall Purpose
Reporting to the PMO Director, the Project & Quality Administration Officer is responsible for assisting the PMO Director with project administration, daily operation of the Project Management Office, and administration of the Quality Management system
Responsibilities
The Primary responsibilities of the position are: Ensuring timesheet and project status reporting is completed in a timely manner (including running and distributing of monthly/weekly reports) Ensuring staff information/leave and availability is accurately reflected in MSPO Project related process support activities including new project initiation setup and compliance tracking. QMS document control, including creation, maintenance and storage of the documents that are released to the QMS QMS training, including ensuring that all staff are appropriately trained in QMS process Provide high quality support to the Quality and Project Management Team Assist with office administration duties when the Receptionist is not available including ad hoc and leave coverage as required. Assist with the planning/ executing of social events (social committee) Other ad hoc administrative duties as requested
Key Requirements Relevant experience in a similar role Ability to communicate and liaise with employees on a multitude of levels Ability to prioritise multiple competing time demands Experience using Quality and Project management systems and frameworks Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including report writing and presentations
