We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team at our Elizabeth office!

About the role:

As Executive Assistants you are predominantly responsible for the provision of professional, confidential, and effective administration support to sonnen Australias Executive Office.

Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation, you are always committed to delivering a high standard of support, not only in a 1:1 capacity but to also provide support, as required, to other members of the executive office, in order to achieve organisational, team and individual goals.

This role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and shares a passion for renewables.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Provide and maintain professional, responsive, and confidential administration support pertaining to diary management, meeting preparation, travel coordination and project assistance. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups as well as internal and external stakeholders Oversee the coordination, completion, and distribution of business documentsMaintain document register for corporate agreements Maintain absolute confidentiality, privacy, and discretion with all information Meeting preparation and follow up including, reviewing upcoming meetings, sending out agendas or documents as necessary and follow up on agreed action items Oversee the coordination and be the order point for office facilities and stationery Processing of Purchase Requisitions Assist with administration tasks as requested by the Manager HR & Administration.Act as an internal interface to other departments and with the global sonnen Group.Lead by example and actively promote sonnen Australias desired culture and values.

About you:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly build and maintain professional relationships.Ability to exercise judgement, discretion and confidentiality. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to tight timelines.Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to and embrace change

Education:Certificate III in Business Administration or similar (desired not essential)

Professional Experience:Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant preferred. Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant, Administration Officer, Officer Manager highly regarded.
