As an integral member of the Claims department, you will provide administrative support to the broader Claims Service function to progress the claims file journey, in order to deliver exceptional member service. You will demonstrate a strong focus on customer service for both internal and external customers, and thrive on a role that brings you a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Undertake Claims file administrative support activities including receipting, processing payments and payment authorisationsProcess emails and workflow items to ensure the effective delivery of administrative supportAdhere to internal customer service standards to provide exceptional and consistent accuracy of data entry & adherence to processesProactively foster effective interaction and positive working relationships with immediate team members and broader stakeholders
