They are a leading Telstra Enterprise Partner with over 20 years of experience in providing mobility and IT services to our customers. Our business operations are expanding, and we are looking for an organised and proactive person to join our team as an Enterprise Account Support.
The Role:
As an Enterprise Account Support, you will be responsible for providing sales support to a dedicated customer portfolio and working closely with Account Executives to manage Telstra Enterprise clients. You will be located on site with two of their High profile enterprise clients based in Sydney.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will ensure the provision of network and hardware sales end-to-end. This includes using Telstra MobileNet Connect and the company POS system. Additionally, you will provide administrative telecom expense management support, resolve problems and escalate issues via Telstra Help Desk, and prepare reports and analyse telecom expense data.

- Experience with Telstra business mobile products, knowledge of mobile applications and mobile device management.
- Experience working with telecom expense management, billing, and invoicing.
- Demonstrated experience with data extraction and manipulation using Microsoft Excel is also required.
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask and handle a variety of challenging roles in a dynamic environment.
- Good computer skills, database management and invoicing
