job detailsRandstad is currently recruiting for a Guest Relations Officer within local government for a local holiday park for weekends and with potential to increase hours into the week.
Key Responsibilites:

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests via telephone and face to face
- Manage site bookings, process arrivals and departures, and ensure registration is completed
- Encourage guests to extend stay or upgrade level of accommodation
- Maintain communication with grounds staff, and ensure maintenance concerns are recorded and appropriate personnel notified
- Keep workspace organised and clean, complete appropriate backup of computer data, and carry out data entry as required
- Operate reservation/accounting system, collect and record rents/fees, and issue receipts
Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as be part of a team effort
- Knowledge of reservation/accounting procedures, computer skills, and office procedures
- Broad knowledge of state and local tourism
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the maintenance of a supportive work environment
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and use of corporate technology
