Job Description

The Position:

The Claims Consultant oversees the full compliance check and lodgement of all Outcomes, Ongoing Support Claims and Progress Payments. The Claims Consultant will also ensure all required comments and documents are added to JRL and ESS Web where needed. The Claims Consultant will actively engage with the Operational team members to ensure outcome claims are maximised with accuracy and with the required documentary evidence.

Key Responsibilities:Liaise closely with the appropriate atWork Team Members, including In work Support team, Job Coaches, Service Managers and Regional Managers in relation to Outcomes, Progress payments and Ongoing Support claims.Identify areas where alternative or additional training and support is required and facilitate the provision of this support.Ensure outcome targets are achieved as set by the Claims Manager. Provide support and direction to the In work Support team to ensure all ESA's meet outcome targets of outcomes via advice and support to employer to engage the wage subsidy; andEnsure full compliance with Employment Services Contract by passing internal and external audits, as well as compliance with internal policies and procedures.
