Youll be joining a multinational business with over 30 years of expertise in the operating, designing and manufacturing of bespoke products for the oil and gas market. The business operates in over 40+ countries, making this a fantastic opportunity for a long term career in a global enterprise as a Process Engineer (Chemical).
As a Process Engineer you will merge your chemical engineering expertise with practical industry knowledge, primarily focused on the oil and gas sector. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing custom solutions, participating in sales activities, engaging with clients, and actively involved in various projects, contributing to the company's growth and success, alongside a dedicated team.

- Develop, design, and optimize chemical processes and systems to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality.
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to analyze and enhance process performance.
- Manage and coordinate projects related to chemical processes, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to achieve project objectives.
- Implement quality control measures to monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues as they arise.
- Design and specify equipment and instrumentation required for chemical processes.
- Oversee the construction and installation of new equipment and facilities on various sites.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and standard operating procedures for all processes and projects.
- Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements and provide technical expertise and support as needed.
About you:
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, demonstrating understanding of chemical processes.
- Ideally have some experience in chemical process systems and equipment design
- A strong educational background in chemical engineering.
- Experience interfacing with blue chip companies in the oil and gas industry
- Working between sales and project-related tasks, aligning with the ever-changing needs of the business.
- Ability to source products and develop solutions based on client requirements.
- Daily travel onsite is expected
- Exceptional communication skills, commitment, honesty, and transparency are highly valued.
- Comfortable with sales activities and client interactions.
- Ability to excel both in team environments and when working independently.
- Committed to a long-term, stable career and eager to grow within the company.
