We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate director to join our team.
The role involves:Provide pedagogical leadership to ensure quality care and education programs for childrenProvide encouragement, leadership and mentoring to ensure we have a strong and happy team of educatorsEnsure that the philosophy, policies and procedures of the service are implementedMaintain compliance with the National Regulations, and work towards an exceeding standard under the National Quality StandardsBuild relationships and strong connections between families and the centre.Monitor the utilisation of services and financial expenditureEnsure a high standard of centre presentation within the internal and external play spacesBuild and engage with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with the community and surrounding networksEnsure children and families have the best possible experience at Mayfield Early Learning Centre
